2. The Services We Provide

We offer professional cleaning and related Services that may include residential carpet cleaning, area and Oriental rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water damage cleanup, and related add-on treatments. The specific Services to be performed will be described in the quote, estimate, work order, or invoice provided to you. We reserve the right to decline any job, or to stop work, where conditions are unsafe, where the requested work falls outside the scope we can responsibly perform, or where access or payment terms are not met.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was described, for example if there is significantly more soiling, additional rooms or items, heavy pet contamination, or treatments that were not part of the original scope. Where the scope changes on site, we will explain the change and obtain your approval before performing the additional work. Prices, promotions, and service descriptions shown on the Site may change at any time and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by us in writing.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Appointments

When you book a Service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas and items to be cleaned, including working utilities (water and electricity) and reasonable parking or loading access where required. If our team is unable to access the property or perform the Service at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, a trip or rescheduling charge may apply.

Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than the requested notice, or appointments where our team arrives and cannot gain access, may be subject to a cancellation fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results and to protect your belongings, you agree to:

Remove or secure breakable items, valuables, electronics, and small loose objects from the work areas before our arrival.
Disclose known hazards, pre-existing damage, prior treatments, or special fiber or material concerns.
Inform us of any pets and secure them safely during the visit.
Point out specific stains, spots, or areas of concern before work begins.

We are happy to move ordinary furniture as part of many Services where it is safe to do so, but we do not move large, heavy, fragile, or specialty items (such as pianos, large electronics, antiques, or items containing liquids or breakables) unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Results, Cleaning Limitations, and Disclaimers

We use professional methods and take care with every job. However, cleaning outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the age, type, construction, dye stability, and condition of the carpet, rug, upholstery, or surface, as well as the nature and age of any stains and any prior treatments or home remedies that may have been applied.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Not all stains, spots, odors, or wear can be fully removed, and some conditions may be permanent.
Certain fibers and dyes may react to cleaning, including the possibility of color change, texture change, shrinkage, browning, or fiber distortion, particularly with delicate, antique, natural, or improperly manufactured materials.
Pre-existing damage, wear patterns, fading, pile distortion, sub-floor issues, and prior water exposure are not the result of our Services.
Drying times and final appearance can vary based on humidity, ventilation, fabric, and soil conditions.

Where there is a meaningful risk to an item, we will make reasonable efforts to advise you in advance. By authorizing the Service, you accept these inherent risks.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, please notify us promptly so we can return and re-address the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of the cleaning we performed and does not cover stains or conditions that we advised could not be removed, new soiling occurring after our visit, or damage caused by factors outside our work. The specific terms of any guarantee will be those communicated to you at the time of Service.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods identified on the Site or on your invoice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late charges and collection costs to the extent permitted by law. For commercial or contracted accounts, separate written payment terms may apply.

9. Insurance, Property, and Claims

We carry the insurance coverage required to operate our business. If you believe damage has occurred as a result of our Service, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the Service so that we have a fair opportunity to inspect the item and the area before any repair, alteration, disposal, or additional cleaning occurs. Failure to allow inspection may limit or void any claim. Our responsibility for any verified damage is subject to the limitations set out in Section 10.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Our total liability arising out of or relating to any Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage that could not reasonably have been avoided given the condition of the item or surface.

11. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph work areas before, during, and after a Service for quality, training, and documentation purposes. From time to time we may wish to use non-identifying before-and-after images in our marketing. We will not publish images that identify you or your address without your consent. If you prefer that we not use images of your project in marketing, simply let us know.

12. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion.
