We recommend it for heavily soiled carpet, homes with pets, high traffic areas, and commercial properties.

What that looks like in practice: we inspect and identify every problem area, then treat stains individually with products matched to what caused them, because wine, ink, grease, and pet accidents each need different chemistry. Heavily soiled zones get extra pretreatment and agitation. The full clean and extraction follows, then antibacterial and anti mold treatments where they are appropriate. We finish with Scotchgard protector, which helps the carpet resist new spills and makes routine vacuuming more effective for months afterward.
